Team members will be required to achieve weekly PV as follows, to stay in the team!
Silver members |
2500 PV weekly where 1000 PV minimum from surfing |
Gold members | 3500 PV weekly where 1000 PV minimum from surfing |
Platinum members | 5000 PV weekly where 1000 PV minimum from surfing |
Club members | 6000 PV weekly where 1000 PV minimum from surfing |
If there is a legitimate reason why you can’t surf for a week or two, you must notify team leader as soon as possible.
Any member not making an effort to achieve the requirement by 2:00pm EST (19:00 Central European) on Thursday of each week, will be removed from the team. Please note: you do not have to have it all in by Thursday, but you have to at least have a good start.
This way if your not helping, you are not sharing the team winnings either.
Sorry, if this sounds harsh but we are a serious team that would like to be in the top 20 range every week. This can’t happen with only a few members working extremely hard and others not helping
at all. We are working hard to stay in Top 20 and do love to share winnings with members that do their
share as a team member.
We use a Danger Zone for the last 2 positions in the team
when there are no more positions left:
when we have join-requests from new power surfers, they might replace those team members who are not performing compared to the rest of
the team members and are positioned in the lowest 2 team positions( the danger zone ).
However, replacing members who make the requirement but still would be in the danger zone will hardly happen!
Our team members are serious and surf constantly for the prizes. We however, like to have this option of danger zone open for those members that just try to hang in there but do not want to surf extra to get the team up higher in rankings and clock hunts! Joining this team, means you will participate as a serious team member and enjoy being with this team.
When you have doubts about meeting the requirements, please do not send a join request.
